Therapy is a therapeutic process by which understanding and healing can occur. It involves developing an honest and caring relationship between you and the counsellor, where you are free to share personal and challenging emotions. It is through this cooperative bond that allows you the freedom to explore feelings, challenge thoughts, and make informed decisions. Counselling is for individuals aged 12 and up. Therapy sessions are virtual and can be conducted by video or phone.
